To service our customer, FedEx Ground, by being the best contracted service provider we can be and partnering with professionals dedicated to high performance and integrity by doing the right thing in everything we do.

Safety is Important!

Safety Trends for drivers to be aware of………….

Here is a list of our top Behavioral trends that drivers need to be mindful of. We as a whole need to be helping to keep each other as well as ourselves accountable for our safety and the safety of those around us on the roadway. I thought that by sharing our biggest issues at the moment it might be helpful for anyone trying to grow their skills as a professional driver. Thank you all for your hard work and dedication to the company.
“ Doing the best at this moment puts you in the best place for the next moment"

- Distracted driving
- Handheld devices
- Drivers unbelted
- Following distance

Safety tip

The two conditions most likely to impact the safety of drivers on the road are traffic and bad weather. Heavy traffic causes vehicles to constantly stop and go, which increases the likelihood of truck accidents.

EBO Pro – The new roll out is now active with the payroll breakdown and miles breakdown. When you log in, go to your payroll breakdown, and then expand all. It should show you all your information. There are also additional drop-down boxes so watch for those.

                        POWERLIFT TRAINING

Power Lift Training – Training should be happening now.  You will be contacted by Cheyene or Tifanni to get started on your Power Life Training over the next month.  Feel free to reach out to them if you have some free time to get it done!

We will teach techniques that actually work in real life. The Wide Stance PowerLift technique is more stable, easier on the knees and it completely keeps the back out of the lift vs. the old squat lift technique. Best of all these are techniques that workers will adopt and use.

The “New” Way: POWERLIFT

• Feet flat on the floor

• The wide stance keeps the knees and legs out of the way.

• Knees bent to a 100-degree angle, much easier on the knees and a stronger position.

PowerLift uses a wide stance technique for lifting, just like professional weightlifters use.
