KTI NEWS June was a HOT one!!! I know a lot of you are taking vacation time this summer so be sure and stay hydrated and enjoy your time! For everyone else, it’s been a great month! PLEASE REMEMBER …………. No personal use of any KTI tractor or out of route miles unless approved by KTI management. Vacation Payout – We’d like to remind all that if you haven’t taken your vacation time within the year, we will be paying that out to you. You are given a week’s vacation on your year anniversary. BLACKOUT DATES - for vacation will be November 1, 2023, to January 15, 2024 Safety Meeting – We are working toward providing our safety meetings through our Paychex portal that all of you currently have available to you. This will give us the access to keep a log on when you get on there and watch them. We will be getting more information out to you soon with the details and instructions. SAFETY IS IMPORTANT…… Keep Lane changes to a minimum- Pick a lane and stay in it, the odds of an accident increases dramatically each time a vehicle makes a move to another lane. When you do have to make a lane change do so very carefully while being aware of your blind spots and constantly check your mirrors.
